Hospice Case Management
Our Oceanside Hospice Care team creates and executes a plan specifically for your hospice care. In addition, we coordinate all other services that work together to provide you with a comprehensive service plan that makes it easy on you, your family and your loved one.

Home Hospice Care
Our Oceanside Hospice Care team provides hospice care services in the privacy of your own home. Overall, we provide help with all activities of daily living, such as hygiene, bathing, dressing and more.
Home hospice care services can often be easier on the patient as well as the entire family.

Hospice Social Worker
Our Oceanside Hospice Care team will work with the patient and family through their emotional needs, particularly bereavement and end of life counseling.
We recognize the importance of service beyond just medical care. Therefore, our hospice services include much more.

Clergy Services
In addition to medical care, a patient or family may request service and support from clergy. Clergy can provide religious, spiritual or other related services that are meaningful to the patient and the family.

Professional Staff
All staff members are highly trained professionals who understand end-of-life needs. They provide expert medical care, pain management and symptom control. In addition to the medical services, they also provide bereavement, emotional and spiritual support.
